New guy, broken start

So hi everyone, I'm Jack from the UK. I started a new year's resolution to kick pmo (I've learnt the acronym).  I've learnt a lot about how this porn industry is hurting women and poisoning our souls and our relationships. But knowing all this, I still fell after just 6 days and have sort of stumbled though this week and didn't do so well today. Feeling pretty ashamed and wretched about that.
But I'm getting back up.
Not sure if this is the right place/forum to do this kind of intro, but, well, here I am. If anyone would like a mate or company on this journey, here I am.
God bless, brothers.
Jack, UK.

Welcome.

No one reboots on their first try.  It makes sense if you think about it - if everyone could quit at the drop of a hat, would it really be an addiction?  It is a learning process.  It takes time to change our frame of mind so we aren't always leaning on porn to prop ourselves up.  It takes times to figure out our triggers.  It takes time to figure out what we have out of order in our lives that leaves us addicted to a horrible compulsion.  Check things out, look around, and stay with it.  You'll often relapse, but the two big things about relapse are 1) Don't binge, and get back on rebooting as fast as you can, so that you can keep some/most/all of your progress, and 2) learn from it, figure out what the triggers were, where you lost control, where things just got too hard to white knuckle it so you can have some plans, or at least warnings, for the next time around.
