My right testicles hurt this morning during rebooting

My right testicles were hurt this morning while I was taking a shower and it lasted minutes and I'm OK. I believe this is part of progress of recovery from masturbation. WE MUST SUFFER FROM ONE OR TWO THINGS, EITHER WE SUFFER PAIN FROM DISCIPLINE OR SUFFER PAIN FROM REGRET. I choose to suffer pain from discipline because feeling pain from testicles meaning no pain, no gain. And No I am not going to jack off if the pain develops in the future.
