If it's porn induced a reboot will cure it. You need to avoid all artificial sexual stimulation for a period of time. Seeing as how you've cured it before in as short as 5 days, you may have a speedy recovery once again.
If you need to get out of the cycle, you can't keep doing the same things during the day. Switch up your routine. I suggest getting started by spending a lot of time educating yourself on the nueroscience behind porn addiction and sexual conditioning. You're alot younger than most, so potentially have less neuronal connections to P. Delayed ejaculation can not only be due to a P addiction but also by desensitisation of the nerves within the penis itself.
During my reboot I can relate, after the first week I had sex with my partner and finished within 5 minutes but this does not mean I was cured incredibly fast, I put this down to hyper arousal during this time.
Just gotta push through the withdrawal symptoms and if you have sex in future be sure to be mindful of the chaser effect which comes after this.
Give it time my friend, the urges will fade it won't be a permanent thing.
