Question about everyone's starting point

So, I realized I had a problem when I tried to have sex with my ex girlfriend for the first time last valentines day and I couldn't keep the little guy up and going. And I did watch quite a bit of p for many years before this but at this point earlier this year I was still able to have orgasm just from using my imagination. So mainly my question is if anyof you could still achieve orgasm without porn and just using imagination or are there others that completely have to use porn to even get an erection?

As for my personal case, I can still climax without artificial stimulation right now. But there were dreary times when that wasn't possible. At such a moment you definitely realise that you have a problem.

I couldn't  get it up without a picture or a clip, worse for me was that I could not use the same picture or clip twice, I needed a new one everytime. I used to finish 2GB in 2 days downloading contents. Lol now I only use a total of 800 MB every month for my email and simple browsing, what an improvement. I had more than 250 GB of P clips and pictures this reboot is freedom for me man. Good luck with yours.

I completely lost interest in nude photos and even HC porn, i had no issues with getting an erection from touch alone. I'm quitting porn because of the brain fog and anxiety issues it caused which are now gone and because i was no longer attracted to real life girls which is still a problem.

I started having problems with DE. I think I was getting some glimpses of PIED as I started to have softer erections when PMOing. I was also able to get erection without porn and have occasional morning woods. I fully realized I have a problem when I was unable to give up porn for more than a week or so. So testing of porn addiction is ok through touch without fantasy or artificial stimulation but just to be sure, try to avoid porn for some time (ideally forever) and see what happens.

I didn't need porn but since it had a larger selection of women that I found attractive,
it was sometimes the go-to source.

Keep in mind, that didn't mean I needed it. Just living my life day by day, I come
across women I wouldn't mind going one-on-one with. Later when I'm at home,
that's exactly what's going on.....in my mind!  8)

Bottom line is that i didn't need porn but I used it.
