hello    Sorry for my english

I am 24 years old male and i begin PMO at 15 and i developped PIED a 19 but i didint stop PMOing till one month ago so i was fapping to a limp penis for 5 years and now when i quit i am in a complete flatline i have no urges no erection and no morning wood
So i think my case is very severe and irreversible so is there any hope regaining my sexual function i mean is there any cases like mine and recovered

of course, there are many cases. its just that in severe cases it takes longer time. it may takes you 1 year or more and you may need more rewiring (real partners, no hookers either) to get back to normal.

quitting is always worth it  ;)

Can people get completely back to normal if they abstain from porn and not rewire? Case in point: I'm gay and meeting gay men in real life is hard and I have to resort to gay dating websites (which could also be triggers for porn sub use)

scorpion do you have clue how many straight guys are having real hard time in real life finding and connecting with girls? homo or hetero, that is just a belief and an excuse to stay inside comfort zone. i think if i was gay i would have so much easier time with relationships. guys are easy to talk to, the heck im the guy myself. it looks so easy and safe, especially in these times when its almost popular to be gay but when i see hot girl, all hell breaks loose. stop making excuses about being gay, you are doing it for a long time. face the music.

i dont know if it is possible to rewire without rewiring but it does not matter. if you can, you still need real partner to enjoy the fruits of recovery and if you cant recover without rewiring you still need partner for rewiring so you need real partner either way.

Yep! I can totally relate. Limp dick looking and porn. Think about it. Your addicted brain is trying to rationalize any excuses to continue the addition. A drunk wants one more beer, a junkie wants one more fix...
it?s easy to find a million excuses to continue but is it bringing you any happiness? After all that?s what sex is suppose to do... Or are you depressed?
I finally got so fed up at looking at pictures that had zero arousal for me and not satisfying my partner or myself the answer became clear, take the pain and suffering and kick the habit. Whatever?s on the other side can?t be worse than playing with a soft dick in front of a computer by myself.

When you take heroin, which works similarly to pmo, the body does permanent damage to itself to save you (permanently reduce dopamine receptors etc). Luckily the same does not happen with pmo. Which means that all your "parts" are in place and in order. It will simply take more time to rewire. So to answer your question - yep, your case is severe but completely reversable with hard work. Now it's up to you.
Good luck!
