Just pick yourself up and try harder.
It will help to identify the reason you relapsed. Were there external triggers like sexy pics? Internal triggers like a need for stimulus?
Never run away from your problems even if it hurts. Face them instead and try to comprehend what exactly you were thinking and feeling before, during and after relapse. Then prepare yourself mentally for the next urge that will come.

Yes, I agree. It may seem dark now but further on down the line you'll be happy you kept on plodding on and making progress no matter how slight. I too am in a dark hole, however this site with all it's success stories tells me no matter what the situation there is a way out. Please hang in there ... if you can use this site to chat a little and verbalise what you're thinking and how you got to where you are that might help. In all the years I've struggled with my addiction I've never really had any help, I'm hoping this site can help me to reboot.

I used to go to bed with a kitchen knife next to me life got so bad, but how will we know whats around the corner if we let porn win? What about those we leave behind? Theres a wonderful person trying to live inside of you, I don't know you but most porn addicts are intelligent and sensitive types. You've come here to fix things, let's work on that. Also you have a girl you love...that is more than i have. she can support you
