I have a history of a severe delayed ejaculation and even anorgasmia (age 36). I am currently on day 30 of a hard mode reboot. I haven't masturbated for 30 days and haven't watched porn for many months. I would like to report some findings:
- I have had 4 casual sex encounters (I'm single) in this month and NoFap has certainly helped me to get an orgasm easier. Especially the first orgasm in each encounter has been much easier than before starting nofap. I still have delays with the consecutive intercourses (usually after 30-60 min of relaxing after the first climax). I am hoping that more nofap will decrease my refractory time (the time of rest needed between orgasms).
- I feel hornier now. Before nofap I didn't feel a big need to have sex, but e.g. yesterday I simply HAD to hook up with somebody (was successful too )
- I am not sure whether having sex hinders my reboot. I am guessing that if I wanted to reboot faster, I should stop casual sex, because it may very well be stimulating the "porn pathways" in my brain. But so far I haven't been able to do that.
