Has anyone that has gone through PIED recovery used kegels in addition to no PMO and received good results in strong erections and/or lasting longer in bed?

I'm also curious if anyone that was a premature ejaculator before PIED found increased stamina when doing kegels and where you able to cure your premature ejaculation?

Im doing Kegels along with the no PMO, now I cant really tell whether its working or not as I have only tried to have sex once before the kegels and once after. Yes it worked a lot better after but that is most likely because of the no PMO business. I keep doing them, even it doesnt actually help with this problem its still healthy and helps wi?th your posture and other issues.

Thanks for you feedback.

There are certainly men that can last longer than others and I wonder if it is because their pelvic floor is stronger than most. I'll try anything to get stronger to last longer (outside of drugs or surgery).

Kegels are exercises that help to strengthen the pelvic floor. Having a strong pelvic floor is supposed to increase the control one has over ejaculating and stamina as a whole. If one can control this they should be able to determine precisely when they ejaculate. Sounds heavenly to me!

Also from reading I am finding that being relaxed in the genital area is key to maintaining max blood flow and lasting longer. Reverse kegels provide a balance with kegels. http://www.risingmaster.com/reverse-kegels/

I've found them hard to master but I am going to keep trying. PIED sucks and if I am not in control of how quickly my body responds to no PMO then I will try to control what I can in building a stronger pelvic floor.

I heavily did this when PMOing in the passed. It gave me delayed ejaculation and problems ejaculating. Then again i would kegel watching porn for a good hour... stopped pmo for  60 days and no longer have delayed ejaculation or premature.
If you are going to do it... don't over do it...

Great advice Stevew....as I was reading on the topic is said 8 to 10 reps of 10 seconds tightening and 10 seconds relaxing is all that needs to be done. Along with that short bursts as well to help with control.

Good to hear from someone that tried it and made a recovery. Good on ya man!

I overdid the kegals and then came in about 20s when I had sex successfully. I've stopped now and it went back to normal. I think the key is moderation or you'll create other issues.

Beachy...out of curiosity did you cum quickly the first time you had sex after a reboot and doing kegels or just after doing kegels.  What I've heard is that the immediate sex following a reboot and doing kegels can be quick but the strength built in the pelvic floor can make difference in long term sexual strength and vitality. You bring up a good point as others have pointed out too....moderation is key.
 
After I learnt about Kegels, I do them often. I've found increased pleasure during my orgasms, perhaps also due to the fact I don't watch porn anymore (except for a relapse I had last night  :-[). After I get past the point of no return, I relax my pelvic muscles and my abs as much as I can and as soon as I feel the semen trying to fly out, I do one Kegel for as long as I can stand it (around six seconds). Three orgasms that way and they were amazing!  8)

Pilot....I've heard about similar experiences that you had. Seems to me that you are utilizing kegels for the very purpose they were intended. Most men I think get confused on how it works and give up so they never benefit from the exercise. Adding this to my mental notebook if and when I get into a situation to use it. Relaxing is the key.
