Which number best describes your issues with PIED? Use that number as a kind of score. Write it in the comments.

Perhaps this list I've made can help others find their place on the ladder of recovery, and note their progress.
From worst to best, here we go.

1. Chronic PIED: unable to get hard masturbating, with OR without porn. Unable to feel aroused from anything (real/digital).
2. Full PIED: Able to get hard masturbating with porn only. Unable to with no porn. Limited arousal from anything.
3. PIED: Can get hard masturbating with or without porn. Unable to achieve erection to a real woman.
4. PIED: Can get hard masturbating with or without porn. Struggle to achieve or maintain an erection to a real woman. Can sometimes.
5. PIED: Can get hard to gentle self-touching or mild fantasy. Struggle to achieve or maintain an erection to a real woman. Can sometimes.
6. Mild PIED: Usually fine getting at least 70% hard in any scenario, but at times do not get turned on by real women. Occasional PIED instances.
7. Mild PIED: Usually fine getting FULLY hard in any scenario, but at times do not get turned on by real women. Occasional PIED instances.
8. Weak PIED: Can achieve at least 70% erections in any circumstance.
9. No issues: Can achieve a FULL erection in any circumstance.

Great list, I think it can help a lot of people.

I think was at 5,5 or 6,5 before the reboot. Now after 20 days of no PMO, I didn't have any issues for the last times (2 weekends having sex 3 times each - total of around 6-7 sexual relations). Erection was fine, but I'm still a little nervous and not fully confident in myself.
The sensitivity is better, and I would say erection is good but I don't know if it's 100%, I think it can be harder. But overall it was good.

I started off at a 1.5 and have moved to a 5-6.5 depending on what day you ask me.

The MW has returned and is pretty much daily now.

By the way, there are too many "5s" in your list  :D
 
definitely a 1 , i know I'm not suppose to look at pictures or anything , but if I'm scrolling through instagram and a girl post a sexy bikini pic , i feel absolutey nothing , i know I'm not suppose to get a boner from that, but i should definitely feel like an urge or something ....shit fucking sucks , its been a year now
 
Definately a 1 or 2 when it comes to just looking at porn with no touching, otherwise a 4.5-5 when I first decided to soft-reboot 18 days ago. Now I think I'm at 6.5-7.5 but I'll hopefully find out Sunday ;)

After relapsing three times definitely a 1. I felt NOTHING. No excitement or arousal. Keep in mind I was searching for the most hardcore extreme videos and I just couldn't get into anything you could put in front of me. I really hope I can recover one day, I might need help. Is it possible if someone can be a mentor for me? I really need help

I was a 2 before I started my reboot on hard mode two months ago but now I'm a 8.5 :D I plan to go a year without porn and after that probably just kill the habit for good.

I feel like im a 4. Had an easy first month When i realised porn was causing me my erection problems. This past month has been hard and ive been relapsing from day to day. Finally made an account here, hope it can help to get me Clean from porn and start enjoying real women instead. Ive been dating alot but When it gets closer to sex i push the women away because im not sure if i can get it up. Last to women ive been with, the condom ruined my erection and i couldnt get it up again.

Thanks for this list btw! It helps me feel better about how long it can take to get better! :)

I started from 2,5 over 2 years ago. I worked myself up to 6 in my longest abstinence but messed myself up again with continuos depression driven binging back down into 3 :( now I'm slowly climbing the ladder again!

I was a strong 1, 2 years ago when i started my rreboot. Never watched porn, never masturbated, had several hard modes, 1 was 100 days, 2 other 40+ days, only orgasms with gf, intercourse or bj, and here I am still on 1. Cold showers, diet, exercising, meditation, rewiring (im with same gf for whole time) did it all, nothing changes. Except i get more vivid dreams, and rare MW. Also i had 10+ wet dreams, which didnt happened a long time before the reboot started. I had sexual experience of 3-years with having NEVER problems at all, and 7 months of daily PMO (nothing intense, normal sex, novelty) led me to this?? :/ So yea, im still a strong 1.
