It's been long I have been doing this frustrating activity of watching virtual women and then fantasizing them. Its been 12 years, every single day. And now I want to stop it, just for ever. I want to commit that I will never ever watch porn. It's dreadful to see how naive people are dragged into such a horrendous industry. It's just too much for me, to do it any more. It is taxing me. I want to pursue a better career path , so please pray and support me in succeeding this journey of No FAP.

Hi Adi!  Congratulations on taking this step to rid yourself of porn and to start improving your life.

I recommend that you find the age appropriate section and start a journal, even if you don't say a lot at the start.  Also, try to educate yourself on the science behind this curse by looking at the resources available on the home page.
