After reading other peoples stories and their questions, I did learn a lot. I still have a few questions regarding getting hard from touch alone. I understand losing the ability to get hard from touch alone is a result of PMO addiction. This is something I have been struggling with for a few years now. When I do manage to get hard it goes away right away.. For those of you who have recovered from this, without using porn, fantasy, or someone's help, how easy is it for you to get hard on your own? How long should it take to get hard? After you are hard, do you go soft again right away, or can you stop the stimulation and stay hard for a few minuets? Thank you in advance for all your input!!
