Hi there i have a problem with my erection I can't maintain it hard even I watch porn my penis is just going to release alot of precum and gradually my erection will get soft. Sometimes if i try to masturbate even my penis is semi erect I just going to ejaculate less than a minute. I've been into 3 months of no PMO, and I only relapse once. What do you think is the problem. Please help me guys

Don't give up - I'd say that you just need to stay on the reboot path! From what I understand, it can take like 6, 9, or 12 months to recover, and even then it might take longer - every brain and life experience is different, so there's no way to know how long your recovery will take. I would say, just stick to the path and be confident that your brain WILL re-wire, it just might take longer than you're expecting. We all support you man!

If at all possible try to re-wire your brain to real people, like maybe it's not an option right now, but if you have a girlfriend, then focus more on making out with her, to get your brain to re-wire to a real person. If that's not an option, then try to re-wire to something else, like exercise, or just interacting with real people as much as possible, and/or playing a new instrument.

So just to clarify, you haven't watched porn in three months or you've been trying to go no-PMO for three months?

Also, if it's the first one, you're probably a little wound up which is why you've been cumming so quickly. If it's safe to do so try masturbating a little more often. Obviously without porn. You may be stressing about your ED a bit which feeds the fire.

Seems like there's a flatline/loss of desire situation going on. I'd hang in there and don't take it too seriously.
