How much does PMO'ing once set you back? Like i mean is it all the way back to the start. Was on a 2 week PMO free until a video on facebook kinda of screwed me up...

you can't put everything into an equation. See it as a lesson and an experience, now you know that Facebook can be a trigger, get rid of it at least temporarily .

Don't be mad about your relapse, it s a process, most of us have relapsed a few times before we could make a nice reboot ^^

There is know way in knowing how much a relapse sets you back. Sounds more like a slip up, then relapsing, unless you masturbated to it and binged. That doesn't matter anyway just move on and carry on forward.

Good thing is i have surgery in about 2 weeks for my penis curve and i can't have sexual activity for 6 weeks so i guess that should help alot. Be a great kickstarter for my reboot as getting my penis erect with stitches etc will be the last thing i want to do! Although i shall start now.
