Starting new journal. Despite of many failures, I am still fighting. Back on track.Now Instead of going for long term goals of 14 days or 90 days. I will hunt for short term goals of my success in reboot. I will go for 1 and 2 days first. then once I accomplish both. I will change the counters once again. then 3 and 4. and and so on. I am hopeful this new approach might help me bit. But I need to get back my control and focus. I was doing great, but suddenly I lost my control. I have found, that some posts here on rebootnation contain potential triggers. From Now On wards , I will avoid to post in other journals. I will just post in my own journal.

I have made important notes from YBOP and I will read them every time, I come for posting on forums.
And I have forget a 1 wonderful technique to deal with cravings. when craving hit you,wait 15 minutes and then get involve in something positive and fun activity.

how important is listening to positive affirmations in reboot?
do anyone do it ?
I am curious about affirmation.

I've been doing this since last September. Affirmations like "when Im committed to doing smth, Im always successful" and stuff like that.

You should give it a go.

self love is required in reboot.
once you start loving yourself, you won't hurt yourself any more.
consistency is required.

Feeling weak. looks like I have lost a big amount of my blood in ejaculating. regaining my strength. exhausted right now. But on track. will recover from lost soon. listening to affirmations and staying on path.

good comeback. 1 day done. Came back from job. feeling okay.
after eating food, have to do lot of homework. Busy days coming. good for reboot. mind will remain engaged.

Just there. 8 hours away from 2 days.
hanging there.
going to job. tried. only 4.5 hours sleep.
This life in poverty sucks.
have to leave this job in next semester, may be next semester I will go for 18 credits.

going to college. and then have to do afternoon shift of the job then again one more class in the night.
busy day no time to watch porn

Hey Mthaha!

I wish you the best of luck in your reboot. Living life day by day is in my opinion one of the best ways to live life and if you think it is the best way for you to tackle your addiction then it probably is! You can do it man, just like you said keep living your life day-by-day.

You said that you used to be doing great but lost your control. You have the power to take back that control. You can get back in control, especially if you have already done it once before. Just have belief in yourself and in no time you will see your counters climbing higher and higher.

We are all here for you!

I am fine and good so far. I was so exhausted yesterday and was feeling sick, so I took nighttime medicine. Had a great sleep just of 6 hours. busy days going. no time for even watching some thing.

Glad to read it's going well; keep it up!  Filling your day with stuff so you don't even have time to PMO is great.
