Starting new journal. Despite of many failures, I am still fighting. Back on track.Now Instead of going for long term goals of 14 days or 90 days. I will hunt for short term goals of my success in reboot. I will go for 1 and 2 days first. then once I accomplish both. I will change the counters once again. then 3 and 4. and and so on. I am hopeful this new approach might help me bit. But I need to get back my control and focus. I was doing great, but suddenly I lost my control. I have found, that some posts here on rebootnation contain potential triggers. From Now On wards , I will avoid to post in other journals. I will just post in my own journal.
