Got triggered but my body just O'd on its own?

So something weird happened to me today and I'm pretty confused. I wrote about it in my journal but I'm going to bring it up here because I need some advice on it. I was looking at memes and I got triggered. As usual, I ended up thinking about the (POSSIBLE TRIGGER AHEAD) physical sensations of sex like what usually happens. I'm on week 2 of hard mode and so far I've had good luck just treating it like a thought when you are meditating. I just acknowledge it and let it go. Until now, it's been fine but this time the arousal kept building and had a hands-free O. I find this both hilarious (I relate to that Lonely Island song on a whole new level now) but also very confusing. That's never happened to me before. I guess I'll consider that a reset? Would that be something to reset over? I feel like this might be a new one for the reboot community but has anybody heard of that happening?

The chaser effect is messing with me a little bit but I fully intend on continuing with my efforts of hard mode. I'm just bewildered as hell.

I heard of this before but I bet 1000x more people had it without me hearing about it. Its rare to hear something like this but a lot of people dont even post it or post it somewhere where you dont see it. You are never special in porn addiction or in life. Whatever happens to you, already happened or is happening to someone else. Whether you have no legs, no arms, 2 heads, you are never alone. The fact that you had sexual thoughts and looked at some triggering material makes this a question of relapse or not... But if you just treated it like a thought while meditating, then no, definitely dont reset your counter. If you was intentionally looking at porn material to arouse yourself without touching, then this would be a relapse for sure.

yes , it happened to me along time ago...i was watching various contents but not masturbating and then it eventually happened after one and half hour or so.

That was happened to me the last relapse almost 2 years ago. After 56 days of streak. The urges were constantly trough the whole day and by night I O'ed but there wasn't thoughts at all, it were a strongest urges I've ever had just feeling that I could Oed anytime.

It was natural like I'm experiencing right now after 92 days of flatline. The urges are so strong in my body?I'm excited for anything. No P no psubs?
I feel that I can Oing anytime. I'm trying to don't fail this time.

THis happened to me last week in a moment that ended a 19 day hard mode streak. I stupidly started peeking and my mind was basically going mad for it and I ejaculated. Its happened before as well tho not for a while. Its not particularly nice when it happens to me to be honest. In some ways its a bit like an active wet dream. But be assured you are not alone with this.
