Do I have PIED?

So I hadn't had a proper sexual encounter with someone since about July 2017 and since then my steady porn habit got to the point where I was viewing it every night; I recently got invited over to this girl's house and we fooled around but I just wasn't in the mood for sex. She still had a good time but it kinda worried me that I was somehow in the same room as my friend who was completely naked and ready for me to have sex with her and I wasn't in the mood whatsoever, even stranger considering I'd get off to nudes she'd send me all the time (maybe a visual/porn addiction thing?). We tried to have sex but once I'd put a condom on and started having sex I just started getting softer by the second. I did maintain a pretty solid erection at one point when she was giving me oral and a handjob but I was always wishing the sensations were stronger and faster and didn't reach climax. Back when I had my previous sexual experience the year before I had to finish myself off even after about 30-40 minutes of sex which seems like a shame. I can still get hard when watching porn and I occasionally get random natural erections, plus morning wood etc, though I've noticed my morning wood isn't rock solid like it used to be, just a sort of...7/10 erection. I've done a bit of research and it sounds like the beginnings of PIED and "Death Grip" so I've made a new years resolution to stop watching porn altogether and only masturbate when I'm naturally hard AND in the mood to do so rather than as an easy way to get rid of the erection, and even then I'm going to make an effort not to be fast and rough, take my time etc. Am I doing the right thing here? Does anyone have any advice? How soon might I see some changes to my sex drive etc?

Sounds like it. But it also sounds like an early stage so it could be easily treatable.  STOP WATCHING PORN, and dont beat off for a while. When you feel horny go see the girl and see what happens.  I think you will be able to work it out, but def cut out the porn for good.  It's really not worth the damage it can do to your brain.  Take it from me.  Good luck.  Let us know how you make out.
