No chaser after relapse

Hey Guys, this will be my first post. Just a bit nervous. First of all, sorry to all & myself. I just relapsed today after 22-23 day run. I am not having those kinda feelings but I just felt disappointed with myself not being able to continue to make it 90. The question is after relapse, there is no chaser, no cravings asking me to fap again. This used to be case everytime I fapped. One would always bring two. But today, I'm not feeling any. What does this mean? Problems? I'm really nervous regarding this stuff.

I masturbated to a photo of a woman who was dressed... so barely pornographic... oh and this wasn't on a screen it was on a piece of paper from ages back (got rid of it now)... anyways yeah i didn't have any real desire to fap again (aka that chaser effect for porn or masturbation). I think that is a sign of recovery. Normally I would have then started a binge phase which could last from one week to 6 weeks. I also haven't had the desire to think or chase the old more extreme porn habits i once had either. I honestly only thing of real women i want to have sex with.

How do you replace the brain's need of dopamine? I mean, that's what I understood from yesterday's experience. It wasn't asking for like porn, literally. It just needed that feel-good thing.Mention that whole day I have to study, I have to use laptop + internet. How can I make brain just continue what it's doing without any kinda reward?
