I am john, 27 single, never had any girl friend or had sex.
I am a porn addict, recently diagnosed by doctor, I am also ADHD.
Using lexapro 20 MG antidepressant.
Starting a new journal here.
First day without porn.
Strong and good.

Day 1
Trying to control porn addiction.
Ejaculated twice in morning.
Now trying to get back on track.
