Hi so I just had my first sexual encounter about 5 months ago.

I was able to achieve an erection easily for 40 minutes but I couldn't feel anything.
Every sexual encounter afterwards has been the same

Is this desensitization?

Did you manage to orgasm? PIED is more than not having an erection and in my understanding describes being able to have an erection and orgasm with P yet unable to do the same with a real person be it struggling with a constant erection or being unable to orgasm with them.
