Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction --- advice required

Hi,

I stopped watching porn 1 month back to stop my porn addiction induced erectile dysfunction . But, even now I am not getting erections even if I touch women or try to be intimate with my gf. I am not a gay either. I don't have any physical problem with my penis nor any diseases . Is not having erections common during the initial recovery phase from porn addiction?

I think this the phase referred to as the flat line and from what I understand can last a varied amount of time depending on the person.

I am not gonna lie to you but this phase is very sad and it will be very difficult for you. But the truth is this phase will pass everything you go through during this, fight just don't give up.
The phase you're going through is called the FLATLINE phase and it is very different for every person.
some don't feel urges at all, some feel the urge but no erection, some don't feel the urge to be with women and only with porn.
But trust me, man, it will pass there is no time limit of how much longer it's gonna take, it is different for every person but it will pass.
So I am not gonna put a date in your mind that you will chase. BUT EVENTUALLY BRO IT WILL PASS.

You gotta keep your chin up. This is the battle you want to win to win the war.

As others have said, likely a flatline phase. The healing process can take months and potentially years to get your brain completely back to normal.
