Pied or venous leak?

Hi everyone, I have just signed up here! First please forgive my English, because it?s not my first language.
I?m 33 and have been PMOing since I was 17 and very heavy porn since 5 years ago almost everyday.I had girlfriends with whome I had intercrural, oral and all sorts of sexual activities but an intercourse! That was not because I had any Erectile problem, but because they wanted to maintain their virginity until they marry. Actually I had never thought about my erections until 3 years ago when I tried my first intercourse, which was a disaster! As soon as I wanted to start I lost my erection. Since then I have tried 4 or 5 times but all with very bad erection. I tried 12.5 mg of viagra and my erection was much better. But today again I tried to do intercourse without Viagra, again so bad! Now I?m very frustrated... I?m really afraid of Venous Leak in specific! Friends please help me! Is it PIED or maybe Venous leak?

Why not go without porn, masturbation, and orgasm and see how you feel. If your symptoms go away with abstinence then it's clearly PIED.

Thanks for your reply. Do you think everyday once or twice pmoing for many years goes in catagorization of heavy porn usage? I should confess that the material I have watched have been sometimes very hardcore.

Any porn use is heavy porn use. Do you think taking heroin everyday once or twice for many years is heavy use?
