No Fap/reboot with a girlfriend?

So recently I came to terms with my porn addiction/problem.

I started to think I have some form of PIED. I mean I can get hard with my gf, but the smallest thing can cause me to loose it, I also notice my erections aren?t very strong, except when I wake up sometimes (at least I still get morning wood I guess?), am really really into it, or when I?m about to finish.

I decided that enough is enough and I am done with it.

I blocked all porn on my electronic devices and deleted some homemade videos.

What I am worried about is, i still have a girlfriend to ?take care of?.

Has anyone gone through this reboot process with a girlfriend? I still have to have sex with her obviously - will this cause rebooting to not work?? I?m super worried about all this. I can perform oral on her, but she understandably will want sex.

Really hoping there?s been some success for people who have had IRL sex while simultaneously going through this procrss

Thanks!

It should be good. I made my best progress when I had girlfriends. Especially where you are now, able to have sex just not the highest possible erections.

I would just say:

1) Watch out for chaser effect! Sometimes oddly after sex with your girlfriend you will crave masturbation and/or porn. So be prepared to fight the craving.

2) In my experience, try and not cum too many times if possible. Like for sure have sex. Don't worry about it too much. But like say if you have the option of going down on her for awhile then having sex and cumming once, versus cumming several times. Go for that. Or like mix things up so you can have sex, maybe take a break then more sex. Again don't worry about it too much. Right now your dick is working, cuttting out porn and masturbation will only make it better! So that is the main focus. If you cum a few times especially if you really want to, it is no big deal. Just I found sometimes in my recovery I would like idk have to force myself to cum the second time, like it'd take awhile and it was a little counter productive.

So yeah, go for it! I'd recommend keep the journal going. To stay grounded, aware and on track. As well as to keep getting feedback.
