I think i got caught up! Feelibg bad

I just relapsed, thats is bad, plus i think i got caught up!! I was watching p and then my sister came in the room, i acted like im sleeping and closed the screen, but in iphone if someone touched the unlock button, can see what i was watching or listening to, and i didnt know that!! So my sister got in the room and it was dark, so she took my phone to use my phone light in order to get something, and in my screen was written porn home made vids!!! And i think she saw that!! Oh my god, i feel so ashamed and embaressed. I realized that only when she got out and wanted to get back to my phone, when i pressed the unlock button i saw it thetr!! I can see it without even putting the pass or touch id!! She cant see well if she is not wearing her glasses, im praying that she didnt see anything!!! Oh my god. There is a 90% chance that she saw. I cant sleep bcoz im feeling so bad and ashamed, i just cried ( im female by the way)

That sounds terrible, I don't think I'd be able to sleep either!

It is a useful motivator sometimes to imagine that the people you love see you at all times, that you have no secrets.  Not just with porn, but with so many other things in life... it is another way to ask yourself if you're the version of yourself that you really want to be.  This isn't just for porn addicts, this goes for so many other things, though I guess we're the classic example.

I'm not sure why she could see it without unlocking it, unless you somehow set it as your wallpaper?  I hope for your sake it is a false alarm. 

you will get over it quickly. my sister caught me jerking off 10 years ago, a lot worse case and its all good now. within a decade you will not think about it until you see someone going through something similar like i saw you now.

I don't know how old you and your sister are, but I think you might have to talk to her about this. If your sister is young and knows nothing about porn, this might introduce her to it. I think you might have to sit her down and talk to her about the fact that you are not happy about being a porn user and you want to quit because it does negative things to you. If you are already feeling guilty and embarrassed about the possibility that she saw what you were watching, imagine how guilty you will feel if you got her started on porn. Have a think about it. I do think it's a serious situation and you do have some responsibility regarding your sister.
