Need clarification on dopamine in general and ED related issues

I just recently got done reading "Your brain on porn" and had a question regarding the statement below. Dopamine is consumed heavily through video games too. Is this also to say theres a correlation between anything that can produce high levels of dopamine and your recepters? I.E - Playing a ton of video games?

eating a carrot produces dopamine. its not about what produces dopamine its about the level and intensity of dopamine. im sure you played video games and you used porn. can you tell a difference?

eating a chips can produce a lot of dopamine if you are really hungry, but try enjoying it for an hour as much as you did in the first 5 minutes. now with porn, you can switch it up forever, there is infinite novelty. you can keep your high for a too long time. 5 minutes is like a warm up.

you can enjoy a exercise, i certainly do sometimes. but compare it to porn. is it as intensive or strong as porn use? can you enjoy your jog while thinking about stock prices? can you eat chips and think about the video you are editing? but try focusing on business or family while you are watching porn. do you see how strong it is? its not even close in my eyes. i never in my life thought of anything but porn when i used porn. everything else falls aside. i love video games too, but i can spot a difference. i think anyone who enjoyed both, porn and video games, can spot a difference.

i have no experience of heroin or cocaine but what in your life causes the high like porn use? if anything, use it every day, multiple times a day for a few years and you will end up like a porn addict. i think thats the part where reward system does not know the difference between porn and anything else.
