This an awesome video by my fiance's counselor who has a deep understanding of PMO addiction and is probably one of the most experiential guys I've heard talk about PMO - this is too good to not share here.
Quick background- I was referred to this forum from another one a year ago when I found out that my boyfriend (now fiance thanks to counseling) of 6 years had been hiding his addiction from me-anyway, there wasnt much support here for women, so we joined RebootNation which has been helpful for him
