Wet dreams

Hi !

I'm Don, 29, rebooting at day 60-ish. I woke up this morning having a wet dream, which I believe is the first time in my life... Once fully awake I went on the YBOP FAQ and read the segment about wet dreams but it says everything and its contrary.

Again, this is my first time EVER, and in the context of a reboot, so I'm still a little confused. In my case, it involved a very vivid dream about me and a girl and it felt very good, nothing like MO. And I feel great, like nothing's changed in my reboot process.

But still, what do you guys think about wet dreams ? For you is it just a normal release ? A signal that the brain is rewiring ? A set back ? A relapse ?

Hi Don

Do not over 'scientificate' everything. We're not robots, and everyone is different.

So you had a wet dream. Well, I havent.
What does it mean? - nothing

Remember your goal.
Keep going.
Fall down, get up, brush up.. keep going.

my best

Do not worry at all about wet dreams. They are perfectly normal and healthy. It is one of your bodies ways of making sure the system works.

When I was PMO'ing every day I didn't have a wet dream for years. Then when I rebooted I started having them frequently. Now I get one every 2 weeks or so if I don't have an O for a while.

No it is not a relapse. A relapse is intentionally watching porn. No it is not a set back. Just embrace them, clean your boxers or sheets and keep on truckin

Welcome to the Nation

Thanks guys for your answers. I try not to over-scientificate, which is sometimes hard, but in this case I just wanted some other rebooter's opinion. It confirms what I felt, that it was not only normal, but pretty cool to feel my body self regulating.
