13 year old trying to live a good life.

I'm 13 with a masturbation addiction who wants to get out of that addiction. I'll be posting about my progress and I'll post my life goals here.

Wow, I am a little bit shocked, because you're such a young teenager. But it's great that you're aware that you have an issue and I hope that you will be successful in achieving your aims!

Treat yourself in a good kind of way.

Be thankful to God, that he guided you at such a young age.
I suggest you inculde in your goal to memorise some surah of quran which reminds you of the day of judgement -like surah qayamah, surah haakkah, suraah maarij, surah naba etc.

 
Review of day 3

I had the urge at around 4-6 pm today but it's been pretty quiet today in terms if " urges " Installed FIFA 14 today again so have been playing that and prepared a bit for my monthly assessment so pretty good day tbh. 

And I am thankful to God and thank you for the surahs.
 
DAY 4

well nothing much going on except the fact I had some urges in the afternoon for about 15 mins but it wasn't to serious. I've studied a bit today but played FIFA and used the net for more of the day so need to cut back on that, but it's been an okay day today.
 
DAY 5

this is the day I relapsed from last time making sure it won't happen again, urges were a bit stronger today, didn't study at all today so need to improve that. and play less video games thought about masturbrating once but I didn't do it.

I'll tell you guys about my story as soon as I reach day 30.
 
DAY 8 was easier than day 7 Day 7 was the hardest this week. So back to Day 8 got a mild fever ,urges weren't there but the want to masturbrate was.

DAY 3 : Woke up at 6 and really had a good day. I even had the courage to talk to a girl ! And I haven't played a videogame for about 2 days which is awesome reduced my goal to 30 days just so 100 days wouldn't look un achievable to me. Feeling confident about the rest of my journey!!!  Another something I did was start a 30 day challenge here are the rules. ( copied it from yourbrainrebalanced)


1) For 30 days there is no snacking. Only 3 meals per day maximum can be consumed.  ( I'll be doing 5 because I'm trying to gain weight)
2) For 30 days you must wake up daily at or by 6am.
3) For 30 days you must take cold showers.
4) For 30 days there is no masturbation or internet pornography allowed.
5) For 30 days you must do 10 pushups, 50 situps, and 10 body squats per day . (optional )
6) For 30 days you must dress your absolute best every single day .
7) Every day for 30 days you will have a to-do list that you must accomplish.
8 ) Every day for 30 days you must keep correct posture - stand up straight, chest held high, head held high and make eye-contact with every one you see.
9) Every day for 30 days your answers to yes or no questions are "Yes" or "No". Excuses and explanations do not follow your answer.
10) Every day for 30 days you must keep a notebook and pen with you. ( no points will be subtracted but will be given 3 additional points)
11) You must have one specific and definite goal. This is something you will choose. Every day for 30 days you must do at least one thing to further your goal.
12) You can take a lazy Sunday morning and afternoon, but Sunday evening is used to prepare to prepare for the week ahead.
13) meditation for 30 minutes before and after sleeping. ( I'll be counting it up for my 5 prayers)
Push ups weren't optional but I made them myself cuz I'm only 13 lol. SO I'm going to be replacing that with gaining weight upto 55 kg this month. The link to this journal is

no internet for more than 25 minutes a day, and no video games on workdays. Anyone want to join me they're welcome.
 
DAY 13

Good day less urges and I've realized my morning wood is now 90 % erect rather than the previous 70-75% I studied and did push ups. Didn't pray the morning prayer though but it was a fairly decent day.
