Hello, my name is musichub. I've been dealing with porn addiction since I was around 13 or 14 and has constantly been a negative factor in my life. I have come a long way, but still have a long way to go. I have a really quiet personality and I'm introverted, so this disease has hit me really hard since then even just subconsciously. I am also in college and I produce music. My first goal of my NoFap journey is to make it 14 days no porn no masturbation no orgasm.

GOAL 1: 14 DAYS NO PMO

How will I do it?

By staying focused on my school work, meditation, and creating music.

Hey Musichub,

Happy you're here, it's a step to a better future :)

It's really good you've set your first goal, have you already thought about what's next after you achieve your goal? Many recovering addicts believe that when it becomes too difficult to focus on your longer term goals, they focus on either that day of staying 'clean' or even the hour of staying clean. The more time you're away from porn the better for your healing.

Regarding being an introvert, I think that is quite common for people dealing with an addiction to feel withdrawn from others. The shame and embarrasement that often come with it combined with the inability to quit take a heavy toll on your mind. I became depressed but didn't really realise that my porn addiction caused that.

Alright, you're here, you have your goals. Hoping to see you get rid of this thing!

All the best of luck :)

After I reach my first goal I want to make it 21 days. Just trying to take baby steps and defeat this enemy. Porn has ruined my sexuality since I was 13 and I'm done with it forever. Just need to make sure I'm not overreaching myself

Day 0
masturbated but didnt use porn starting all over today and getting back on the right track. From now on im going to be doing affirmations and meditation everyday. I found that helped me a lot when I did have success with nofap.
