Be easy on yourself. What's happening while you're asleep shouldn't give you cause to panic or be concerned. For me, I notice that I actually start to dream much more (about anything really) often as I accumulate longer and longer periods of time without PMOing. Most often, I just feel more refreshed after sleep. I think focus less on the content of your dreams and more on how much the act of dreaming affects your wakefulness.
