chances of me rebooting

Hi, im a teenager. I have no car. I have no money. My mom is at work all day. basically im stuck inside all day with my computer and videogames. Is there any real chance of me being able to reboot in the conditions?

Of course you can! my circumstances are exactly the same! The first 10-20 days are the hardest and after that it feels easier. Make sure to find an activity you love that does not involve your computer. For me that's working out. It helps me to release all my energy and free my mind.

Yes, you can  . You just need to realistically replace porn with some other healthy activity, like TheArchitect said. If you truly believe that porn can no longer be a part of your life, you can take it out completely. But you have to believe it, and you have to believe in yourself.

You can do it!

all you need to do is keep yourself busy instead of using computer do some other stuffs like reading books or find something which can replace your addiction like i did the rubik's cube and FIFA or do something outdoor like gardening but it is very helpful to keep you distracted and busy! i know it sounds lame but just as advice keeping yourself busy in anything which can replace your addiction!

Of course you can, all you have to do is wanting to quit. Do you have a friend who could hang out with you or you could get a job? You can also use a public transportation like a bus to go somewhere. If you can't leave house than perhaps a good book or doing something around house to help your parents would also work. Or perhaps help you neighbors?

I mean although willpower is a big factor, there are still much more that goes into pmo addiction such as sensitzed pathways. which brings up a big issue. I need to go on my computer in order to do work for my programming class. the problem is that I have this fear that turning on my computer and using it will permanently up my urge to pmo until I actually do it no matter how long im off of it. is there any credibility to this (I should probably just make a thread for this huh?).

You need to make a decision....  Would you prefer to watch porn and completely fail with women, or, would you prefer to be porn free and the ability to make it with a girl?
