I have only realize lately that I have been as beta as one can be for years, people pick up on that and use it to disrespect you, while I've been working on nofap I noticed that I am getting a (take no bullshit attitude) and thinking about some of shit I've taken from people over the years,I recently ran across a guy in Walmart parking lot that disrespected me at work about 5 years ago at work and told him that if he ever did that to me again I would slam his lanky ass all over that dam company, I feel that if someone did that to me again it wont take me nowhere near that long to set them straight... if you know what I mean...
