I guess the best way is meditation. Try focusing your thoughts on something while closing your eyes. Your brains will give you other thoughts (like: watch some porn). Tell yourself: "no. I won't." when the thought pops up. Try focusing on your breathing and nothing else. Every time your brain throws up a thought, whatever that thought is, say: "No, I won't."
I've heard that this eventually has a positive impact on your frontal lobes.

That being said, hypofrontality should diminish while you're getting better, so a reboot might be your answer.
