Triggers

I've never had an urge to watch porn and I'm not at risk of relapsing into watching it, but nontheless I'm a a bit paranoid about triggers since so many people seem to make them out to be this horrible thing.  Are they truly things that can set you back?  Was thinking of starting Breaking Bad which probably has nudity so I want to know if my progress is at risk if i see some bewbies on tv.

I watched the whole series and don't recall much in the way of nudity.

Anyway, you should be aware of triggers, but that does not mean to avoid them at all cost. If you can handle them, and don't get pushed into a relapse, then fine. I think youd be able to survive watching brief nudity to get through a tv show that was on amc.

Triggers are very unique for everyone.  Some people get triggered by seeing sex and some get triggered by having a bad day.  What are your triggers?  Maybe if you are having a bad day and you see some boobs it might trigger you.  I think the best thing to do is to figure out why you PMO in the first place and try not to replace that with something else.  So if you use PMO to distract you from negative emotions then don't try and take up TV as a different way to distract from negative emotions.  Try and deal with the discomfort of negative emotions.  Everyone has them and it makes you human.

Depends on how serous you are about the reboot. I can't answer if watching a couple nude scenes will set you back but is a tv show/movie worth the risk?
Rewiring your brain has a lot to do with your commitment level. All those shows will be around when you've recovered
and in good control of your problem.
I'll tell you what, one thing you should do is delete all the porn on your computer.
Doesn't matter if you are doing a good job of not accessing them. Remember, this is about your
level of commitment.
