My process of quitting.

I first learned the dangers of porn towards the end of Year 8 (I'm 18 now) in High school from Reboot nations video's, and have slowly, after many times of failure and seeming impossibility, have come a long way. Considering the enormous Important influence of Gabe's videos, and the recent seeming inactivity on this forum, I thought it was time to give back, and continue to finalise my process of rebooting.
Some important things I've realised.

>You MUST quit frequent or habitual masturbation as well to have any chance in quitting. One will always lead to the other.

>Remove all pornographic and erotic material from your daily life. For example, I installed Blocksite and blocked the most likely candidates. Even though I know that I can unblock the website in a time of crisis, it's one more step that consciously presents a choice to you and may or may not give you a reality check.
More examples of this would be my realisation that I had to delete Quora. It had to much clickbaity bullshit and random anonymous stories of (deliberately) erotic encounters that ended in my downfall more than a couple times.

>Keep a diary. I write a page every day about things that I felt, saw, and my general development as a human being. It makes you accountable and gives you proof of the development of your human character.

>Go to a mates place for a while, and if possible, stay there. If their family is more traditional than yours, this often helps.

>Read this https://sites.google.com/site/hackbookeasypeasy/home

>You Must have patience.

>Understand what is at stake. It IS worth it. Porn ROTS YOUR BRAIN, and there is an agenda behind it. Life will get better.

>understand that in consuming pornography in ALL it's forms, you will never be satisfied with finding the 'most beautiful' or the most sexy, as that is not what your brain ends in. It wants variety, and due to that YOU WILL NEVER BE SATISFIED. DO NOT PLAY A GAME WHICH YOU CANNOT SATISFY YOURSELF. ABANDON HEDONISM.

Hey, Nelson

Rich here.  That sounds like a good plan.  Also, I hope you realize your tremendous opportunity here to live a fully authentic sex life if you quit and quit for good.  You are so young.  I find it tragic that people your age get sucked  in.  That is by design (but I wom't get into that here.  It is great to see you here.  I started to realize that porn was a problem at around your age.  I had no kdea what I was doing though, so I didn't quit.  I am now  32, married, and still haven't secured permanent recovery.  I am working on it.  I am not trying to discourage you with this.  On tbe contrary, I want to encourage you not to be like me and the thousands of other men who didn't get their acts together when they were young.

Instead of failing like all of us did, I hope you can focus on winning over a beautiful woman in real life some day.  Let that, and a fully functioning, healthy brain be your motivation for permanent change.  Don 't look back.  Your not missing anything.  Keep up the good work.

Rich

Rahul to avoid relapse first this is to avoid being alone.
if you are alone till avoiding then keep yourself busy.
do study in groups when exam time is near. this will keep you
away from relapse.
