IMPORTANT - After a Relapse

Is it normal to feel like absolut shit when relapsing? By this I mean to feel like I?m not gonna be able to heal, not gonna be able to have successful sex, like in my future relationships I will have dysfunctions, is it normal?

Yes it is normal. It?s also incorrect. But it?s a self fulfilling prophecy. If you let yourself believe that you are going to keep relapsing. Don?t believe it, it?s bullshit. I tried a ton of times to quit but kept failing just before two weeks and was definitely doubtful I would ever be able to stop. When I finally broke that threshold I got to my current streak of 43 days porn free. And it?s feeling more and more possible to not go back now.
