I got into discussion with a friend and he claims that I would be less outcome orientated and more calm and relaxed if I would only masturbate without the use of pornography. I am on NoFap since 06/2016, with my longest streak being ~110 days and I am currently on day 29.
Are there any negative effects? I have masturbated just without porn a while ago but I cannot remember how it was, because I fell back into using porn after a while. But back then I did it after I used porn and relapsed with porn, whereas I would do this now on a long, +28 day streak.
My intuition tells me that it is wrong though.....
