What is considered a porn addiction?

Is watching porn for about 10 to 15 minutes everyday and masturbating to it considered an addiction? I learned about Nofap a couple weeks ago and am currently on a 6 day streak of Nofap to try and stop this habit. Any help is appreciated.

addiction is not how much you watch porn, its when you cant watch it ever again without re experiencing all the bad stuff from it like PIED, cravings, less sensations, low energy, big trouble stopping again, chaser effect, more anxiety etc. its when its bad for you but you keep using it because you feel like you cant stop or its very hard to stop.

some people get more some less easily addicted, it depends on the brain and how it reacts to the porn. rest assured though that if you got addicted, you cant watch it 10 to 15 minutes per year let alone daily. at least not without rapidly going back to where you started.

The best one sentence definition of addiction I've heard is "continued use despite negative consequences".  If giving it up for 6 days is absolutely no problem and you could go 30 days without a problem, I'd say you are not addicted.  But, I wouldn't rest on those laurels.  Anyone who keeps going with a habit saying "I can't get addicted!" will likely get addicted at some point.
