Hi guys,
Looking to start my recovery journal which I hope will help keep me on track. I'll aim to post daily on this site - will make it a goal - and this hopefully will help me keep on track with my recovery.
Want to be both porn free and no fap - have tried M-ing but it hasn't seemed to help me quit for good.
I'm on day 2 today.
** Day 2
- Feeling very anxious today. Probably 8-9/10 anxiety. Feeling regret and anger at myself.
- Have made a 7x7 grid on a page which I'm going to cross off on a day by day basis. I think should help me see my progress in my recovery.
- Need to work on staying away from the computer, as I think boredom is one of triggers.
