First step is to accept you are an addict but you always fail because you fill u r addict in rebooting schedule. i mean that in rebooting feel you are a rebooter now and rebooter keep track of all its urges and defeat it till not come again......means don't get ready to fail again..without it be ready to defeat urges
i mean that , don't think more about one or two days of reboot. bcz your more thinking is only one thing that gives u relapse. Then what to do in reboot ? . Follow ur shedule of net access , be confident and keep in mind that now u r not an addict u r a rebooter person . and u have responsibility to reboot early and give ur valuable guidance to our new nofappers . I know this my thinking is not applicable to all types of rebooters but in my reboot life it is a best thing to me which helped me more.

i still opposing well. i feeled one cycle as follow:
1. You start reboot
2. You did well
3. You relapse bcs of increased dopamine in brain.
1.again u start reboot repeat 1 to 3 again.
u need to get out of it. but what is the way...the way is that when u very close to relapse thing about how many times u followed this cycle. The more no.of follow the more strong urge that is pathway becomes very strong in mind. then what cycle is needed to reboot. That is as follows.
1. Start Reboot.
2. You do well
3. Close to relapse but not relapsed(bcs u know its only a cycle, and they repeat again and again)
4.finally u out of cycle and u r rebooted
AND YOUR CYCLE IS LIKE FOLLOWING AFTER REBOOT:
1.Rebooted successfully
2. Well life.
3. Urges comes.
4. u don't respond to urge.
Repeat 1 to 4 all life is set....
and here u dont need to repeat steps
