Anyone with PIED has had better performance with Viagra/Levitra/Cialis?

I know this is a brain issue, but this medications have helped me to have sex, even though I have PIED. It's impossible for me to have sex without taking these meds. Unfortunately, they don't seem work always for me.

Anyone trying these meds? Why do they work sometimes to people with PIED? Do you recommend using them for the rewiring process?

Cialis worked for me.

Recovery isn't a black/white or on/off thing. ED drugs usually do not work in the beginning, because you cannot get aroused to a real partner at all. Arousal is needed for ED drugs to work - so: no arousal = ED drugs cannot work. Especially if you are in a flatline, ED drugs are just a waste of money.

However. After a while, especially if you have reliably stopped porn and you are rewiring, you will start getting aroused a little. Once you are at that point they help you keeping an erection. I have used ED drugs in my reboot in an aggressive way. At first they hardly helped at all. But as the months passed, they started working better and better as I reconditioned my brain to get aroused by a real partner and porn lost its grip on my mind. At some point my erections came so easily I knew I could start tapering off the ED drugs. By now, I can have sex without them - and when I am truly aroused, there is almost no difference to having sex on ED drugs.

I did a "dirty" reboot - and I can say they worked for me. I don't recommend them, since you can get to same results without ED drugs by just being patient, but if you have good reasons to have sex as early as possible - for example for relationship related reasons - they are one way you can do a reboot.

Just FYI: ED drugs are not a magic pill. You need to learn how to use them properly. For example if you use Viagra, it usually only works reliably on an empty stomach, it can take up to one hour to start working and only works for a rather short time. Cialis is often unreliable in stressful situations and erections often aren't as strong as using Viagra. There can be many reasons why ED drugs don't give you the results you expect.

I tried Viagra in my last reboot, during flatline, i had semi-erections, i took viagra, and it was said it's effect lasts for a couple of hours, but during the next 2-3 weeks, i could still feel that this is too much erections. not the usual i had before my PIED. so i guess in some situations it's a "dirty reboot", exactly like what Mart71 said.

i agree with him, i had the same thing.

just be careful, because your partner will feel that this isn't normal, also, from my experience with 1 pill of Viagra 25 mg, i kind of lost all the feeling down there, as if i was "Banging the Air".

I would still focus on rebooting.
Problem with dick pills is that they are so expensive and doesn't always work.
I'm not opposed to them completely but if your ED is clearly porn induced, then
try not to hang your hopes on them.

I'd only add that you can also become kind of dependant on the ED drugs if your not careful.

It's not good to mess with that stuff at such young ages IMHO, particularly if you know now what the culprit to the real problem is.

I have tried Cialis.  The daily did nothing for me.  The 20mg might have helped a little maintaining what erection I could get, but only as far as oral sex goes.  It didn't help me enough to have regular penetration sex.  I was disappointed.  Maybe I just haven't rebooted enough yet, but I would say they don't do a whole lot for PIED - at least not for me.  I feel the need to get to the root of my problem and resolve it naturally.

Different ED drugs worked really good for me. But I think I was flatlining without even knowing it when I started to use them. Took several years until I found out about PIED. So taking the ED drugs to have sex with GF can have been helping me to force erection when I just should have left my penis alone and rebooted. O seems to be bad for my reboot. Like 2heal said, get to the root of the problem and reboot.

Same here. Although I was able to perform (silly way of putting it, by the way), it did not feel natural in the least and thus I couldn't really enjoy it. Nor could my girlfriend.
I wouldn't recommend it. You feel like you're depending on crutches and that is certainly not a very confidence-boosting feeling. Stay clear of it.

IMO if you don't have true ED whats the difference than going to the doctors  for pain when you don't have pain you just want to get a high on pain pills?
Its just another form of drug abuse they are not intended for PIED that i am aware of??

In my research after discovering the lies and betrayal of my husbands volume of P use  they are not healthy and my Husband had MANY pains, irritation,hearing loss,heart burn and headaches just to name a few!!! ( Cialis ) but he unknowingly carried on and blamed it on just everyday work & life ( NOT )!
Glad i found out before anything bad happened to him and he was just ruled another natural cause. :/
Also after finding out he went and had blood work done (  my orders) and ED was ruled out.
But the doctors don't care as they are in it for the money!
And last but not least as the unknowing wife for a long time, they didn't impress me!

Weird. 10mg is a solid dose that should last 15-18 hours! you say you get your Cialis off iron dragon, but you call it vardenafil and it lasts a day.  I'm just asking because Cialis is the Tadalafil, Vardenafil is Levitra.  Cialis is supposed to last a day or 2, Levitra is more like Viagra and is supposed to last a few hours.  I have the Sildenafil (V) and tadalafil (C) from iron-dragon and they work as advertised, but just wanted to get confirmation that you were taking the Levitra and not Tadalafil because if it really lasts that long, I was going to order some and give that one a try too

Oh crap! My mistake!!! Yes it's Levitra I always used (vardenafil). Sorry!! Brain fart!  The Vardenafil is the super one, trust me dude it's the best of the three! I can use it for screwing all evening and night (and middle of night), then wake up with the craziest hard on ever and pound the hell out of her some more. I've had it still working after 15-16 hours. Just measure out 1ml (10mg!), you won't need any more.

I take 10mg of Vardenafil prior to sexual activity. This dosage produces strong and lasting erections. Mild side-effects are tolerable (blushing sensation, mild stomach upset). Great product!!

Sorry for bumping this. I've been using ED drugs for about 8 months, laughably low dose. Without them, I was rather bad in the sack. Sex is much, much better now, and I'm not even fully rebooted..
