I started watching porn at age 12  then had my first failed attempt of sex at age 17  then first time at successful sex in late february of this year.Went into serious flatline after pmo, forcing myself to masturbate w a flaccid penis at the beginning of january . i was extremely depressed ,no libido up until late april. I am able to get aroused by the thought of sex only to one specific girl  who i had sex with a few times , this happens w no other girl.Although mood is stabilizing very little action below the belt nothing to talk about no morning wood no spontaneous erections for the past 5-6 months need help urgently.No desire to watch porn masturbate no arousal at any artificial stimuli. Am i still in a flatline , do i need to ride this out solo, do i need to rewire need help urgently ? Will i ever be able to get aroused by other girls?!?!

You and me seem to have the same exact PIED/flatline symptom because I too, PMO'd and went into flatline after an orgasm to porn.

I'm on day 174 of my reboot, so I've almost completed 6 months. I have absolutely no libido and I have had sporadic spontaneous erections, although they're usually quite weak.

It depends on how much 'damage' we have done to our brains. We will recover, I have no doubt about it because I've recovered before. It's just going to take a long time, I think.

Stay strong! You're not in this alone. It's frustrating and sometimes I feel like I'm losing hope, but we will recover. Don't set yourself back by looking at porn.
