Hey everyone, just going to start a journal here, have had some tough issues with PMO, so I think it will be a good idea to cut it out of my life, here?s to clearing up all that brain fog! 23 years old and want to just feel better all around physically and mentally.

Pretty good day, had some urges to PMO, but I spent my time on better things, like asking out 3 different girls at the gym! They all had boyfriends I guess but whatevs!

Feeling pretty good today so far but I think that a lot of my triggers come from being bored, stressed, or tired so I need to do something else whenever I get triggered or start to get strong urges to PMO, need to get up and go for a walk or something when that happens.

Not much urge to PMO yesterday, may be because you feel like s*** after doing it for a few days, need to be aware of my motivations for it and when I?m most likely to do it and what triggers the urge to PMO.

Getting some energy back again, you always feel lethargic and heavy after a few days when you last PMO?d, just totally messes up dopamine levels.

Scratch that, yesterday I felt lethargic and disinterested in general, my body felt tired and heavy the whole day but I embraced the discomfort and got through the day.

Better energy but felt really anxious and on edge most of the day, whenever I experience confusion it?s definitely a huge trigger so I need to watch out as much as possible for it.

Lately I?ve felt like my focus is always being pulled in so many different directions, sometimes I even think I may have ADHD or something, I don?t know, it?s weird.

Recovery Will Come

Keep up the good work!!! I would erase all browser history, get rid of social media (temporarily until you recover) go out into the real world and have fun.. Be active and productive... You have to stay busy and block out all of porn flashbacks in your head that will try to urge you to PMO... Ignore and every time wether you find a hobby, working or just doing something productive.... I have done this reboot process for 3 years in a row and in 2017 I made it to 64 days which was 10 weeks.... Then relapsed when I made the huge mistake on going back to social media then relapsed.. Trust me your better off without it...... Keep on trucking and try to post how many days you are on every time you post

Great job man keep it up! I am in a similar boat. A cool thing a friend shared with me was: you can view the awful feelings as PROGRESS. There is always some resistance to change and your brain is rewiring itself, so the odd feelings are a good sign, you are progressing and moving towards where you want to go.

Yeah for sure trying to get rid of thoughts and feelings is a fools errand, it?s aboot changing the relationship to them instead of trying to get rid of or suppress them, which is impossible anyways.

Yesterday was a better day, I feel as if I am getting better at letting my thoughts and emotions go no matter how painful or frightening they are.

Well I?m moving into a new apartment today and yesterday was a pretty tough day, was in a lot of emotional discomfort, I still did everything I needed to though.
