Semen leakage/pre cum....in need of serious help

Hey all rebooters out there I need some help/advice for overcoming semen leakage. Basically when I get aroused I leak like a faucet. I think this in turn makes my erection go soft. I?ve leaked pre cum from small things like messaging a girl. It?s outta my control and i know it?s not normal to leak like that.

If there?s anyone out there who has dealt with this or knows a way to solve this please inform me. It?s killing me at this point. It doesn?t seem to be talked about often so I don?t know if I?m a rarity or what I am. Some help would save my life. Thanks to anyone in advance
