532 day flatline and still not recovered... Any advice gratefully received

Hi all,

I am 532 days into a reboot. That?s 532 days with no porn but I have MO?d about 6 times in this time...not until I had completed 90 days on hard mode either.
Not that I want to worry or distress anyone particularly but, I have been in flatline virtually since day one with very little sign of improvement. I?ve had a couple of semi morning wood but no libido at all for 532 days! When I see guys mentioning 90 days hard mode I know that that may not be long enough to fix you... add another 442 days and still not be fixed!! Don?t delay guys, start your reboot now...
I did read a list of the longest flatlines somewhere and there was a guy who was flatlining for over 2 years but I can?t find it again now.
Has anyone else here had a flatline as long as this who can give any advice? I?m really starting to get concerned even though I?ve had everything else checked out and it?s all ok.  It can only be PMO that?s caused significant problems for me but being just a couple of weeks away from 18 months free of porn is quite distressing... surely I should be seeing some improvement?! I have a very beautiful partner and she is waiting patiently for my libido to return. It is so frustrating!
Thanks in advance for any advice :)

What's your sexual expirience? Did you interact with women during this time? Rewiring is also important, not only the reboot, you need to build those neuro-pathways for real people also

Yeah I was going to ask this. What do you mean you are "waiting for your libido to return?" Have you been purposely not-fucking her?

I think the cause of the flatlines is due not having sex...if you remove sexuality from your life it won't magically come back. In my experience it only takes weeks to start seeing signs of recovering if I eliminate PMO and replace it with sex.

To clarify: Yes, I had a normal sex life until I was approx 35. Then I ended up single and PMOing for the best part of 10 years. I suffer with PIED and DE and this hasn?t improved after 532 days! No, I haven?t been purposely staying away from sexual activity with my partner (we?ve tried regularly) and I do have plenty of contact with real women too.  I?ve done everything I can in order to try and rewire as well as rebooting. My erections are perfect when using ED tabs and my gp has checked my testosterone levels too. My testosterone levels are higher than normal. It?s a very strange situation...

It's possible that you have actual ED rather than PIED. This condition can induce a lack of libido which you might interpret as a continuing flatline. In this case, you would have to keep taking ED medication - hopefully you can still have a satisfying sexual relationship in this way.

Well i'm sorry to hear, that is unusual. Are you saying you don't have a libido then? If you can have sex with ED pills I'd suggest you keep doing that as often as you can.
