3 weeks is good. Congratulations on making it that far. You're miles ahead of others on your journey. Keep in mind that immediately after a relapse, your urges will seem more acute and your willpower will be weakened. Continuing to relapse will only strengthen your addiction and make it harder to go on another clean streak. Don't spiral down into that rabbit hole because it may be months before you get out of it. Everyone, including me, has relapsed and will likely do so again in the future. It's inevitable. Don't give yourself permission to relapse, but be prepared to forgive yourself when you do and train yourself to treat it as a learning experience rather than a mere defeat. Why did you relapse? What triggered it? How could it have been avoided? What will you do in the future to prevent a similar occurrence? And so on and so forth. Raw willpower is required for most of the reboot process, something that can be hard to muster up. Channel your hatred of porn addiction into a productive tool to help you. Remember all of the nasty side effects that have been torturing you all this time. Think about personal relationships your addiction has effected. Look to a future where you're porn-free and happy. Your mind will continue to try and trick you. It will be your own worst enemy as it makes you think and feel terrible things in order to get you to run back to porn and give it a dose of dopamine. This will be difficult to resist, but the ;ain means it's working. Good luck and keep fighting! We believe in you!

well good luck brother ..and yes you will ..willing power is must but main things are the habits that you replace your bad ones with, that is the key to success..relapses are the learning curves for the proper recovery I myself relapsed after a year since then I have learned hell lot of things about addiction and prevention!
