new to YBOP lookin for some help, Experiencing ED and low libido.

So I'm 26, I'm healthy was a college athlete, had been beatin my meat like it owed me money  for a pretty long time, easily since in my early teens and had no problems up until about 1 year and a half maybe even 2 years ago becoming fully erect. Had been fine before then, was looking at a lot of porn and back then but stopped but just about stopped cold turkey after hearing about PIED. Maybe in the last 6 or 7 months have looked at porn once or twice. Barely masturbated during this time. So I thought originally that was my major issue but I have not seen much improvement. Then I started thinking and lookin around more. I heard about "prone" masturbation, which is like when you lie on your stomach and basically hump your mattress. I had been doing that a lot since my early 20's. Felt mad good but it turns out it's terrible for you.

Now I read up on it and I think that seems to be my issue, since I've cut the porn/masturbating/prone masturbating  out. Has anyone else had a problem with "prone" masturbating and if so have you found any ways to recover? Let a brother know! I used to be King Dong! My dick was climbing buildings and making honeys scream. Now it's like a sad clown! 

Any suggestions with what to do let me know!

I suffered from prone masturbation myself. The best thing for you to do is visit healthy strokes.com and read through the website. As soon as you get a good understanding follow the 1 week abstinence program and afterwards retrain your body to masturbating the correct way. It takes a bit of time to recover but you'll be good.

Yeah, I started masturbating prone in my early 20's too. The only cure is to retrain your brain to do it the right way. So if you're feeling the need to self-gratify, make sure you ONLY use Rosie and her five friends. Eventually your body will respond normally.

Unfortunately, I found this out too late and developed a bad case of "delayed ejaculation". I could only hit the "point of no return" either by looking at or thinking about erotic imagery. Yada yada yada...Your Brain on Porn.

So for me, I'm having to learn to get out of my head and let my body just do its thing.

The Reboot process helps with that. I'm almost to a point where I can do my thing normally. But old habits die hard.

The thing to remember is the reboot process takes time. And your libido's going to be like a pendulum - swinging from full on horn dog to major flatline every so often - until everything gets back in balance.
