Erection via sight no physical stimulation

Ok, I?m a good 5 months plus into recovery.  No PMO since January.  I have MOed but have recently cut that out as well.  I still feel I have flatline going on.

Should I be getting erect at the sight of my attractive wife naked?

I believe I should but am not. 

I am having sex with my wife but using pills to help with EQ and suffering from premature ejaculation, however, I have seen improvements.

I?m just curious if full recovery means at sight I spring into action.

Any wisdom shared is appreciated.

First off does she know? Second expierenced PE, it went away over time. Biggest problem was rushing, getting hard and trying to jump right in. Need 4 play then slowly work to penetration. PE to me is more perfomance anxiety related just trying to rush sex.  I would 4 play and try to get her to start out on top first. Let her be in control not you, that helped a lot. My wife doing everything helped me last longer and she knee the position to get herself off and me at the same time.

This approach takes some period of time. Be consistent and everything will be alright!

Sorry for the late reply to this but I've only just seen the thread.

At the moment I feel nothing when I see my partner naked. In my opinion she has a great body, but after 195 days of a reboot in hardmode (I've masturbated 3 times) there are few signs of any real recovery.

I remember the first time I rebooted I started getting spontaneous erections just seeing women in tight jeans. I remember I was in bed with my girlfriend one evening and she looked so hot that I couldn't resist her and we had some of the best sex of my life. Unfortunately, I became complacent and slipped into porn use again, but this time drifting into harder and more shocking genres.
