Hello, I've just found out about PIED and just registered here on Reboot Nation.

I've suffered from ED and DE for a few years now, but it's gotten bad enough lately that I need to do something.

I've had low T, but I get pellets inserted, and that seems to have brought my level up.  I've also been tested for other possible physical causes.

Sometimes I do get an erection without porn, and I've been fairly successful with Viagra.

I'm just starting my second week of no porn, although I've had a couple O's with my wife.  I plan on rebooting now, and never watching porn again.  I want to be there in every way for my beautiful wife.

I used to look at porn 2-4 times a week, and yes, I had escalated the 'shock level' of what I watched.  Sessions were usually 20-60 minutes.

I know I'm just getting started, but so far this hasn't been difficult.  I've always had a close, loving, physical relationship with my wife, and not looking at porn for the last two weeks has been easy.  Not to say I won't have any problems in the future, but I don't feel that my addiction was too extreme.  I started looking at online porn when I was almost 40, so I had many years to be with real live women.

The thing that concerns me the most is the dreaded flatline.  For the past few days my penis feels like it's dead.  Very small, and almost no sensation what so ever.  Today though, I'm feeling a little bit of tingle.  Different today than the past week or so.

My libido also seems ok.

Now that I've jinxed myself, I'll probably go into a massive, two year flatline....  ;-)

I guess I'm looking for any advice, if/when a flatline shows up.  Anything I can do to move through that stage faster?  I've been eating a lot of watermelon, pistachios, etc.  All the foods they recommend for good bloodflow.  I'm also taking L-Argnine.
