You are on to something. My pelvic floor is fucked. Pelvic floor specialists have never found a dude with such tight bc muscles in men. The only thing they don't seem to know about is reverse kegels... that may be the answer... do you know a good guide for them? All I've found so far is you kind of push the muscle and do belly breathing and try to relax. I've tried seperating the front and back muscle but when ever i push out i activate one more than the other (depending on what im trying to focus on).
