New here - 21 with suspected PIED - Two Questions?

Hi everyone,

I'm 21 and openly gay. I've been watching porn since I was 11 or 12 but recently (last year or so) I've suffered from ED (suspected PIED). I can always get it up watching porn but only sometimes when I'm with others. I used to get hard just kissing someone but now not even touching does anything.

I stopped watching porn 3 days ago. It's difficult and I'm thinking about it a lot but haven't masturbated, watched porn or orgasmed so far. I had two questions if that's okay?

1) Is it okay to still go on dates and then kiss people passionately and play around or is that likely to slow the reboot? Equally, should I abstain from sex fully?

2) How will I know once I've got passed PIED so that I can start having sex again (obviously avoiding pornography forever (if I can))?

you can get it up watching porn but not with others, thats definition of PIED.

1) its okay and recommended. For having sex, just wait for wet dream before Oing or wait for 3 months. if you cant, then just abstain from sex 3 months.

2) you will try to have sex and see for yourself. expect 1 or 2 years for full reboot (may happen sooner), you will have good periods in between.
